1) How can you sell me,
a regular consumer wholesale prices?
We all want the best quality products for the
lowest price possible. We simply want you to not only
become a repeat customer but to refer others to us and the only
way we can achieve that is to give you the highest quality at
the best possible prices.
Many of our current customers are other people
that buy our bags and "add-enhancement type accessories" such as
leather straps, brass rings, liners, zippers etc. Thereby adding
value and increasing the price.
However, in order to provide the lowest price
possible you will be required to order a minimum of 12 bags. You
can use them for yourself, as give-a-ways or gifts to family and
friends.
2) You are located in
the Philippines, how can I be certain that you won't take my
money and run? No one can
give you a 100% assurance that it won't happen. However,
we recommend that you simply call and speak to us. We're
available via phone as well as email. Many other online
companies won't provide a
personal phone contact. My
English is not as good as my American husbands but you are
welcome to speak to either of us at anytime.
3) Do you provide "Free
Samples"?
Unfortunately, we only
offer free samples at the trade shows that we attend. If you are
located in any country other than the Philippines we regretfully
have to decline a free sample. Local merchants that sell our
bags can touch and inspect our bags first hand before they buy
to resell. This unfortunately is not the case in the States or
elsewhere.
4) How much
extra is shipping?
The Philippines is just as effected by the rise of oil and gas
prices as any other country in the World. We verify shipping
rates on a bi-weekly schedule and adjust the rates accordingly.
Again, we understand that we need to keep the shipping rates
reasonable. OUR cost is YOUR cost!
5) Can you discount
larger Quantities?
Whether you're new or have
been in the industry for a long time, you will recognize our
rates are among the lowest available. Quality and Affordability
can only gel if there is quantity... So unless you are prepared
to order 500 pieces or more, then we cannot discount our prices.
6) What payment types
do you accept?
We no longer accept
personal or business checks. We no longer accept bank drafts
and/or money orders.
We accept most major
credit cards; Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Any check card with a MC or Visa logo can also be accepted. All
transactions are real time. We do not capture your credit card
information on our website and process at a later time. Again,
all credit card transactions are safe, secure and processed in
real time by PayPal. You do not need an existing paypal
account to use your credit card.
7) Western Union:
We only use Western Union if you are unable to provide a credit
or check card for payment. Western Union is simply a money
transmitter and is not responsible for verifying purchase
transactions. We do not recommend that you use Western
Union unless it is your last resort.
This is for your
protection.
8) What payment terms
do you offer?
You must use our online
shopping cart system to order and purchase your orders at the
time of order.
All transactions are done
in real time.
